BREAKING NEWS! No more Florida Condo Loans 11/20/08

Breaking News: I just heard first hand from my contact at Countrywide bank that they will not giving out any more loans on Florida Condos. Have perfect credit and 20% down you still CANNOT get a Loan for the other 80%!

The only way they will pass a loan is if it has over 50% owner occupied units, in which is most likely impossible in any condo complex. Good Luck trying to buy a condo in Orlando unless you have 100% CASH! The loans just aren't available!
