I don't know who is doing the market reports but they are way off!

I do not know who is doing the market reports for Central Florida home values but I have seen places that condo values are down -20%. Well, I know first hand because I own a condo and my value is down -50% and with more and more realtors just taking listings and putting them on the MLS for whatever price just to get an offer they will continue to screw up this market.
